Report on the use of Tungutorg the first year
(March 29, 2008 – March 31, 2009)

Tungutorg’s webserver was opened for general access, free of charge, on the Internet March 29, 2008 at a presentation lecture given by Stefán Briem in the Nordic House in Reykjavik. Tungutorg has been running since then almost uninterruptedly all the time, except for 12 whole days, March 11 – March 23, 2009 when it was out of function due to machine failure. An overview of the use of Tungutorg is here shown in five tables.

Tungutorg has during this first year delivered to users machine translations of four kinds, besides tagging of Icelandic text. In all this makes five different types of job.
